Hotel reservation requests for HIMSS23 are now being accepted through the official hotel provider, onPeak. Please note these important policies regarding reservations for the 2023 annual meeting:

• The room deposit policy is one night room and tax (two nights plus tax at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place).
• An exhibiting company can have 25% of the overall exhibitor rooms at any one hotel or up to 50 rooms at any one hotel. Whichever amount is less will be the amount provided.
• HIMSS hotel reservations may be canceled in their entirety, and changes to arrival and departure dates may be made until Friday, March 17, 2023 without charge.

• Wednesday, April 19: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, April 20: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Note that onPeak is the only official housing company associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
