Policies

Send completed housing forms to: 2012 IEEE PES Transmission & Distribution Conference and Exposition c/o onPeak 350 N Clark St. Suite 200 Chicago, IL 60654. A credit card is required to guarantee reservations at the time of booking. All credit cards must have a valid expiration date through May 12, 2012 or the card will be rejected and your reservation may be in jeopardy. Reservations are processed on a first-come first served basis. Electronic confirmations will be sent, within 72-hours after receipt of reservation.
