HIMSS has contracted with numerous hotels to provide discounted room rates for attendees and exhibitors for HIMSS13. All hotel reservations will be processed by onPeak. You can make reservations on-line or by calling (877) 517 3038, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, EST.

Please note: onPeak is the only official housing company associated with 2013 HIMSS Annual Conference & Exhibition.

Housing is open for all attendees and exhibitors. The listing below shows availability for both Attendee and Exhibitors based on a check-in of 3/3/13 and a check-out of 3/6/13. However, HIMSS does allocate 40% of hotel rooms for Attendees and 60% for Exhibitors, so actual availability may vary based on your registration category. It has come to our attention that several unaffiliated wholesale hotel/travel groups have been soliciting HIMSS participants and offering hotel accommodations for 2013 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans. Unofficial companies may be offering discounted or wholesale hotel pricing. Neither HIMSS nor onPeak can verify the authenticity of such companies or their representations, and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations.
