Reservations requests must be received by Tuesday, July 12, 2016 to be processed in priority point order. Requests received after this date will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
Confirmations will be sent out on Tuesday, August 9th, 2016. From this date you will have 72 hours to submit a form of payment to guarantee the reservations. For full details on the payment guarantee process, please review the information on the right.

While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show.
