Hotel & Travel Options

Through our official housing partner, onPeak, we provide reduced hotel rates and travel discounts for your trip to Seattle.

You may reserve hotel room(s) at the BOMA discounted room rate through the BOMA Housing Office until May 25, 2012. The BOMA discounted room rate is only available through the BOMA Housing Office. The Sheraton Seattle and Grand Hyatt Seattle will not directly accept reservations at the BOMA rate and will refer you back to the BOMA Housing Office.

Please note, to ensure that BOMA's discounted hotel rooms are available to all registered attendees and exhibitors, you must register for the Every Building Conference & Expo by May 4, 2012 to keep your hotel reservation. If you have not registered for the conference by May 4, your hotel reservation(s) will be cancelled. After May 4, only registered attendees and exhibitors will be permitted to reserve hotel rooms within the BOMA room blocks at BOMA's official conference hotels.

Please note: onPeak is the only official housing company associated with 2012 BOMA International Conference and The Every Building Show. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
